• What are Ayuvya Focus+ Sticks?

  Ayuvya Focus+ Sticks are an Ayurvedic supplement for kids aged 5 to 15, made with 8 classical Medhya Rasayana herbs in a pure honey base. Each pack has 30 single-serve sticks. • What is Medhya Rasayana?

  Medhya Rasayana is Ayurveda's own name for the group of herbs used to nourish the mind. Medhya means intellect. Rasayana means something that rejuvenates over time. These aren't stimulants and they don't give a quick boost. They're herbs that classical Ayurveda documents as working slowly and steadily on memory, learning and mental clarity, which is exactly why they're suited to growing children.

• What ingredients are inside?

  Eight classical brain herbs, with every quantity printed on the pack:
  
  Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Ashwagandha, Yashtimadhu, Mandukaparni, Jatamansi, Jyotishmati Oil, Ginger. All of it carried in pure honey.
  
  No proprietary blends, no hidden fillers, no artificial sweeteners.

• Why sticks instead of a syrup or gummies?

  Because the best formula in the world does nothing if your child won't take it. Syrups need a spoon, a bottle and usually a parent standing there. Half of them end up sitting in the fridge unfinished.
  
  A stick has no steps. Tear, eat, done in five seconds. Your child can do it himself, which matters a lot more at 12 than it does at 5.

• How much honey is in each stick, and is that a lot of sugar?

  Each 6g stick is mostly pure honey, because in Ayurveda honey isn't packaging, it's part of the medicine. Classical texts call honey Yogavahi, the carrier that takes herbs deeper into the body. Brain herbs have been given in honey for centuries for exactly this reason.
  
  One stick has roughly the sugar of a small spoon of honey. It's a natural sugar, not refined sugar or glucose syrup, and it comes with the herbs rather than instead of them.

• How many sticks should I give my child?

  Kids aged 5 to 9: one stick a day. Kids aged 10 to 15: one to two sticks a day.
  
  Best taken after a meal, at any time of day. Morning is easiest to remember. Give it daily, because Medhya herbs build up gradually rather than working on the first day.

• How long does it take to see results?

  Most parents notice their child settling down within the first two weeks. Around the one-month mark is when recall usually starts showing, things learnt in the morning still being there at night. By day 90 the full Rasayana effect settles in and sharper memory stops feeling like a change.
  
  Real Ayurveda works gradually. Anything promising overnight results is selling you something else.

• What does it taste like?

  Like honey, because it mostly is honey. Sweet, thick and floral, with none of the bitterness kids associate with Ayurvedic products. Most children take it on the first try without any convincing. It can also be stirred into water, curd or a smoothie if your child prefers.

• Can it be given alongside other supplements?

  Yes. Focus+ Sticks are a daily Ayurvedic supplement and can generally be given alongside multivitamins, immunity supplements or other paediatric products. We recommend a 30-minute gap between supplements for better absorption. If your child is on prescribed medication, check with your paediatrician first.

• Is it safe for daily, long-term use?
